We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or return your order, but unfortunately, we cannot allow cancellations or returns. This is because each piece of furniture is made-to-order, and we do not reuse or resell any returned items.
AKADARA offers standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the complexity of the item ordered. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Our shipping service includes delivery of the fully assembled furniture directly to your doorstep. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive safely.
Please ensure that you have measured your space and checked that the furniture will fit through any doorways, hallways, or staircases before placing your order. If you require white-glove delivery or assembly, please contact us, and we can provide you with a quote for these additional services.
